Last Friday, we discussed the elements we should include in a lesson plan. Have you changed your mind about any? :)
I have not changed my mind I feel that in my lesson plan I would physically only write down AIM, Skill and Language focus and success indicators. All the other elements to me seem like they do not to be written but keep in mind.
I feel you must even write down your activities because when you plan your activities these activities must have a time and your plan should have that time in order to know how many effective activities you can develop in class
